Pre-registration for delegate and visitor passes for AfPP2011 is now closed
… but you can still register at the event!

 

Booking for pre-registered delegate places at congress and visitor passes for the exhibition closed at 17.00 on Friday 7 October.
It is not too late to attend the 3 day event which is taking place from 19 – 21 October 2011 at Bournemouth International Centre.
 
Just turn up at the event and register on site. There is no need to call and book, we have enough places for all – delegates and visitors.

Please bring along proof of ID and membership to receive any concessionary rates.
 
Entrance to the exhibition is free for healthcare professionals working in acute care, surgical settings or a higher education institute.
A charge of £120 inc. VAT will apply to visitors from non-exhibiting medical device and recruitment companies.
All visitors will be required to provide their workplace ID on entry to the exhibition.
 
Pre-registered Delegates
Anyone who has pre-registered for congress before 29 September will have received their delegate pass through the post. If the pass has not arrived or contains incorrect information, please visit the registration desk and a new pass will be re-printed.
Anyone who pre-registered after 29 September and before 7 October will need to collect their pass on site.
Your delegate bag will also be available to collect from the registration desks.
Don’t forget you will need to provide proof of ID to collect congress passes and bags.
Please note, if your Trust is paying for your pass, the payments will need to be made to AfPP prior to the event. To check this has been done, please call 01423 881300
 
Pre-registered Visitors
Anyone who has pre-registered for exhibition will need to collect their pass from the registration desks at the event.
You will need to provide proof of ID to collect your pre-registered pass or to register on the day.
 
Registration for congress and exhibition will be open from 10.00 on Wednesday 19 October; 8.30 on Thursday 20 October; and 8.30 on Friday 21 October.
Tickets for the Gala Dinner on Thursday night will be available to buy from registration for £60.
Event handbooks will be available free for all delegates and visitors.
